What platforms can I publish to?

BeamEvents currently supports 12+ major ticketing and discovery sites including Eventbrite, Facebook Events, Meetup, Skiddle and more. We add new integrations every month based on user feedback.

Do I need separate accounts on each platform?

No. Submit your event once in BeamEvents and we handle the rest. Where a platform requires an organiser profile we create a draft listing under our agency account and can transfer ownership to you on request.

Can I edit or cancel my event after it’s published?

Yes. Changes made inside BeamEvents automatically sync to every live listing. You can also unpublish selected platforms with a single click.

How long until my event is live?

Most platforms publish within 60 seconds. A few (e.g. Facebook) may take up to 15 minutes for full propagation.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your listings stay online. To post new events you can upgrade to a paid tier or contact us for a custom plan. We’ll never charge you without explicit consent.
